ZMail

An Example of how ZMedia™ and Zmail Blasts work

This powerful tool allows you to keep interested parties informed about all your company's latest news, product launches, etc. The E-mail Blast feature will allow you to send HTML and text format e-mails using a customized template form which will be designed to correspond with the new Web site.

E-mails can be sent to a database of names that will reside on the Shazamm server, using your password-protected Web-based interface. Within this interface, you will also have the ability to add, update and remove e-mail addresses and categorize addresses into sub-groups, if desired.

Using the interface, you will also have the ability to, prior to sending messages to the entire list, send out a test e-mail to an address of your choice. This will allow you to verify any formatting concerns or issues prior to sending the message to the full distribution list. Once the messages have been sent you will receive e-mail confirmation.

Returned mail notices and failures will be sent to an address such as -'blast-reject@shazamm.net'. This feature will allow you to maintain an updated mailing list.

Shazamm will design an e-mail template that will complement the look and feel of the new site, based upon your specifications.

Shazamm will convert your database of e-mail addresses for initial population of the E-mail Blast list, provided that you can provide a simple, text-based list of addresses (comma-separated, new line separated, etc.). Additional population can be done via the online user interface.

ZTrack tracks e-mails sent from ZMedia's ZBlast feature. ZTrack will:
