KGI Properties, LLC ("KGI") is a joint venture between The Koffler Group (www.thekoffergroup.com)
and Great Island Development Group established to acquire and develop
retail real estate across the northeastern United States. Since its
inception in 2001, KGI has succesfully completed the development of
approximately 1.5 MM square feet of property at an aggregate cost of
$110 MM. Completed project locations include Taunton, Stoughton, and
Woburn, MA, and Hooksett, NH, with many other projects currently in the
pipeline throughout New England.
